rating system in real estate is a good idea.But this should have come a lot earlier as there is hardly any real ....estate remaining in the heart of the city.
Also CRISIL should extend this concept to existing constructions......and come up with a comprehensive system that could be used effectively to value new deals,resale and even rental deals.

Mumbai Migrants &Malaria
I think Mr Photographer turned politician should get some recognition for this classic enlightenment :) he has brought with his new discovery
